Now that the Citrus Issue has been wrapped we plan on relaxing with one of these in our hands! Of course we all enjoy a fresh peeled orange, but why not (literally) spice things up with a little smokey mescal? When we were in Tulum a few years back we made friends with the chef at our tiny hotel who showed us his favorite way to drink mescal. We've been hooked ever since!
1. Sip a small amount of mescal
2. Take a bite of an orange (if you like spice dip it in spicy salt!)
