We had the unique opportunity of traveling to Nashville this weekend to visit new friends who run a really amazing business called The Peach Truck. We drove a lot, photographed all day Sunday and at the same time experienced great rest and encouragement. We ate, drank, shopped (yes, there may be some Imogene + Willie's being delivered soon!), listened to great music, and came away with a new found respect for another part our our magnificent country.
While in Nashville we had the chance to witness (& photograph) another business's daily routine. We heard what just one year of crazy hard-work can do and the joy that it brings. For the Peach Truck, balance looked like months of non-stop days, followed by months of recovery in the form of family, friends, service and rest.
We returned to Columbus encouraged that hard-work, focus, passion, good planning, flexibility and a strong community pays off...it pays off more than we could ever anticipate.
